前列腺癌的發(fā)病情況有哪些

前列腺癌有可能是遺傳性因素導(dǎo)致，也有可能是前列腺過度充血引起，跟種族、年齡、身體肥胖、食物、環(huán)境以及性激素等有很大關(guān)系。
遺傳性因素是比較常見的一種，如果兄弟或者是父親當(dāng)中有人患上前列腺癌，該男性患上疾病的風(fēng)險就會增加一倍。年齡屬于最大危險因素，一般會發(fā)生在50歲以上的中老年人身上，前列腺過度充血也會誘發(fā)前列腺癌，跟性生活不正常以及壓迫會陰部位有很大關(guān)系，不健康的生活方式也會引起，比如說喜歡吃刺激性辛辣的食物、過度抽煙酗酒，會增加患病的幾率。
平時應(yīng)該避免久坐、注意個人下體衛(wèi)生，晚上睡覺之前可以使用溫水清洗，內(nèi)褲也要定時更換，可以選擇純棉材質(zhì)的寬松內(nèi)褲。
