所謂的剖腹產(chǎn)，就是將我們的孕婦腹壁一層一層的切開暴露子宮，然后再從子宮上面采取一個(gè)切口，從而將胎兒娩出這么一個(gè)過程。
剖腹產(chǎn)主要是由一些因素，不能經(jīng)陰道自然分娩，我們才會(huì)采取剖腹產(chǎn)。也就是說剖腹產(chǎn)都是有一定的指征的，不能想剖腹產(chǎn)就剖腹產(chǎn)。因?yàn)槠矢巩a(chǎn)對(duì)我們的女性身體是有不利的影響的。因?yàn)檫@么多的傷口，并且手術(shù)過程中的麻醉風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，還有我們有可能對(duì)于周圍臟器的損傷。
另外就是手術(shù)以后的傷口愈合不良感染等等的因素。都會(huì)增加剖腹產(chǎn)的一些并發(fā)癥。所以我們?cè)跊]有指征的情況下，是不要進(jìn)行剖腹產(chǎn)手術(shù)的。如果胎兒過大或者產(chǎn)生過程中的。進(jìn)展不順利，或者由于母體的骨盆異常等等因素，那么是可以進(jìn)行剖腹產(chǎn)手術(shù)的。
