23~25眼壓正不正常

單純的看23~25mmHg的眼壓是不是正常是不夠的，還需要結(jié)合角膜厚度來(lái)判斷。
一般來(lái)說(shuō)中央角膜厚度在520μm左右的時(shí)候，眼壓10~21mmHg就是一個(gè)正常范圍，所以眼壓的正常值，不僅要考量眼壓的數(shù)值，還要考量另外相關(guān)的角膜厚度的問(wèn)題。
當(dāng)角膜厚度有一定的偏離的時(shí)候，眼壓也會(huì)相應(yīng)有一定的變化，如果角膜厚度增加了70μm，對(duì)應(yīng)眼壓數(shù)值的值也要增加五個(gè)mmHg。所以如果患者的眼壓是23~25mmHg，這時(shí)候需要復(fù)合中央角膜的厚度，如果他中央角膜厚度是正常的520，那就提示眼壓偏高，如果角膜厚度要比520稍高，就要用每70μm增加五個(gè)mmHg眼壓的值進(jìn)行一個(gè)修正。
