做胃鏡需要多長時(shí)間

無論是普通胃鏡檢查，還是無痛胃鏡檢查，內(nèi)鏡醫(yī)師操作時(shí)間是不會(huì)改變的。低年資的醫(yī)師大概需要10-15分鐘，高年資的醫(yī)師大概需要5-8分鐘，一般都不會(huì)超過10分鐘。普通的胃鏡對(duì)于配合度要求比較高，患者如果配合的不太好，時(shí)間就會(huì)順延大概3-5分鐘不等。
如果在鏡下發(fā)現(xiàn)有病變需要取病理，或者完成放大和NBI的操作，這時(shí)候時(shí)間也要順延10-15分鐘不等。對(duì)于無痛胃鏡而言，配合度是沒有要求的，但是多增加了一個(gè)術(shù)后復(fù)蘇的時(shí)間，大概是5-10分鐘不等?？傮w來說我們傾向于讓患者做無痛胃鏡，患者舒適度提高，還可以為后面可能的檢查提供有效時(shí)間。
