小便有白色泡沫什么原因

小便有白色泡沫，原因其實是比較多的。包括像那個生理性的原因，也有病理性的原因。在生理方面，一般排尿的時候，這個尿流跟地面或者馬桶等等，肯定是有一定的距離，這個尿流沖擊下去以后就會產(chǎn)生泡沫，這個是很正常的現(xiàn)象。但是這種泡沫，一般來說大小不等，然后時間不長，泡沫就會完全消失，當然這個對身體也是不容易有什么影響的。
但是如果這個泡沫是均勻的，細小的，而且長時間的浮在尿液的表面，這個時候需要引起注意了。有可能是某些疾病導致的，一般是尿液里面的蛋白或者尿糖等等濃度過。，如果尿蛋白過多，就有可能是腎臟的疾病，比如像腎炎、腎病綜合征等等。當然尿糖高，大家很容易想到糖尿病。因為這一類情況，他尿液里面就會那個產(chǎn)生成分的變化，容易產(chǎn)生氣泡。所以就是要去分析具體的原因，一般就像做尿常規(guī)這種化驗，先判斷一下就可以找到具體的原因是什么。
