骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎中醫(yī)可以治好嗎

利用中醫(yī)的方法治療骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎，通常能夠在一定程度上，緩解骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的癥狀，但是不能達(dá)到徹底根治的效果。
骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎是一種以關(guān)節(jié)軟骨損害為主，并最終累及整個(gè)關(guān)節(jié)損害的疾病，好發(fā)于中老年人，是逐漸進(jìn)展的慢性的退行性疾病，常常表現(xiàn)為關(guān)節(jié)痛、晨僵等等。中醫(yī)里骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎是屬于痹癥的范疇，利用痛痹的辨證原理進(jìn)行治療。治療方法包括使用祛風(fēng)除濕、活血通絡(luò)的中藥或者針劑，像針灸、推拿等，確實(shí)可以在一定程度上緩解和改善局部的疼痛的癥狀，但療效是有限的。因?yàn)楣切躁P(guān)節(jié)炎是關(guān)節(jié)的退行改變導(dǎo)致的，比如骨質(zhì)增生或者軟骨損傷以后，慢慢產(chǎn)生無(wú)菌性的炎癥，中醫(yī)方法無(wú)法對(duì)因在根本上去解決問(wèn)題。
在包括中醫(yī)在內(nèi)的保護(hù)治療無(wú)效，且充分評(píng)估病情程度的情況下，還是需要考慮手術(shù)治療，例如關(guān)節(jié)鏡的手術(shù)，就是關(guān)節(jié)清理、軟骨的修復(fù)重建的手術(shù)，或者做人工關(guān)節(jié)置換的手術(shù)，這樣可能從一定程度上能夠徹底的對(duì)疾病進(jìn)行治療，達(dá)到比較好的治療效果。
