肛瘺手術(shù)后注意哪些

因?yàn)楦丿?a href="http://www.sxhyfhb888.com/k/n3b8fqm9k2hcc6y.html" target="_blank">手術(shù)的發(fā)生，主要是因?yàn)?a href="http://www.sxhyfhb888.com/k/bbg49wkmm2z3vm8.html" target="_blank">肛周膿腫行，膿腫切排以后所引起的。坐骨肛管周圍間隙感染，遷延不愈，反復(fù)發(fā)作，對于肛瘺的治療，唯有采用手術(shù)，才能獲得治愈，其手術(shù)方法如果對于低位單純性肛瘺可以考慮行肛瘺切除。而對于高位復(fù)雜性肛瘺或者高位肛瘺，通常需要行肛瘺掛線治療，其手術(shù)以后注意的事項(xiàng)及飲食上：
第一，需要低脂飲食。盡量進(jìn)食流質(zhì)或半流質(zhì)。以免術(shù)后排便過多而刺激手術(shù)創(chuàng)面，導(dǎo)致劇烈的疼痛。
第二，因?yàn)楦丿洅炀€一般每3~5天，要收緊一次。橡皮筋。一般大約兩周左右，絕大多數(shù)人掛線肛瘺可以獲得治愈。
第三，收緊以后有可能會引起局部的疼痛甚至出血，通常需要局部與1比5000的高錳酸鉀坐浴，然后將創(chuàng)面沖洗干凈，或者換藥等治療。
