第一，保持良好的排便習(xí)慣。肛瘺患者手術(shù)以后由于肛門處有傷口，許多患者恐懼排便，排便以后要注意及時(shí)清洗，保持肛門周圍的干燥。
第二，手術(shù)以后要進(jìn)行換藥治療。換藥的同時(shí)要進(jìn)行修剪肉芽，促進(jìn)傷口的引流通暢讓肉芽組織生長(zhǎng)，避免橋形愈合，使傷口盡快恢復(fù)患者早日康復(fù)。
