腰椎狹窄要手術(shù)，腰椎管狹窄癥是指椎管發(fā)生了一些骨性或纖維性的管腔狹窄，壓迫神經(jīng)根或者我神經(jīng)而引起的腰痛，下肢的痛，麻木無力、間歇性跛行等癥狀。其癥狀輕重程度不同，有癥狀輕微，嚴(yán)重者可有下肢的癱瘓及二便功能障礙。
