手指骨折一般八周左右就能夠完全恢復(fù)。病人出現(xiàn)了手指骨折情況，恢復(fù)時間主確定骨折斷端損傷情況。如果骨折斷端損傷比較輕，沒有明顯斷端移位，也沒有明顯周圍軟組織損傷，情況骨折部位血運(yùn)比較好，恢復(fù)相對較快。
如果骨折斷端損傷比較重，出現(xiàn)了骨折斷端明顯粉碎、移位的情況，并且周圍軟組織損傷比較重，情況恢復(fù)時間相對較長，并且有的病人還會出現(xiàn)骨折不愈合情況。如果能夠順利愈合，一般需要三到四個月的時間。并且還需要行手術(shù)治療，來修復(fù)損傷的軟組織，以及恢復(fù)正常的骨質(zhì)解剖結(jié)構(gòu)，后期骨折才能夠順利恢復(fù)，才不會影響后期手部的功能。
