新生兒肺部感染嚴(yán)重，應(yīng)及時(shí)治療。新生兒肺部感染，比較嚴(yán)重話會(huì)出現(xiàn)呼吸困難，出現(xiàn)點(diǎn)頭呼吸、呼吸暫?；蛘吆粑鼤r(shí)候有三凹征，可看到明顯的吸氣費(fèi)力。孩子出現(xiàn)不吃、不哭、體溫不升這些表現(xiàn)，呼吸系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)這種呼吸衰竭，循環(huán)系統(tǒng)可出現(xiàn)有心力衰竭，也可出現(xiàn)有中毒性心肌炎。
消化系統(tǒng)由于肺部感染后導(dǎo)致缺氧，缺氧引起消化道消化系統(tǒng)，引起中毒性腸麻痹，還有消化道出血。神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)還可出現(xiàn)感染性、中毒性的腦病。血液系統(tǒng)可出現(xiàn)暫時(shí)性骨髓抑制，導(dǎo)致血小板減少，白細(xì)胞的減少，嚴(yán)重話可有這個(gè)彌漫性的血管內(nèi)凝血。
若胎糞吸入易導(dǎo)致胎糞吸入性肺炎，導(dǎo)致氣胸、縱膈氣腫、急性呼吸窘迫綜合征、肺動(dòng)脈高壓等等。新生兒肺部感染，根據(jù)不同病原體特點(diǎn)，程度也不一樣，但由于新生兒是特殊群體，易病情由輕加重而導(dǎo)致治療上困難。
