神經(jīng)纖維瘤癥狀主要是神經(jīng)根痛、脊髓功能障礙、排便困難等。
神經(jīng)纖維瘤由于累及患者的神經(jīng)根患者，在臨床的癥狀上突出的表現(xiàn)是神經(jīng)根痛，主要是腫瘤累及神經(jīng)根分布范圍區(qū)內(nèi)的。這種比較劇烈的過(guò)電樣的、電擊樣的疼痛，在夜間常常比較明顯，在患者翻身時(shí)或者劇烈咳嗽、打噴嚏、用力大便、用力抬重物時(shí)，疼痛會(huì)有急性發(fā)作或者突然加重。
如果對(duì)這類(lèi)患者進(jìn)行腰穿等檢查，患者的疼痛也會(huì)有明顯加重。在病情繼續(xù)進(jìn)展之后，神經(jīng)纖維瘤還可以壓迫脊髓，從而出現(xiàn)脊髓的功能障礙，引起患者的一側(cè)肢體無(wú)力，甚至一側(cè)肢體的肌肉萎縮等表現(xiàn)。
病情繼續(xù)進(jìn)展，特別是位于脊髓圓錐部位的神經(jīng)纖維瘤，由于壓迫脊髓圓錐排便、排尿的中樞，而出現(xiàn)排便困難、排尿困難嚴(yán)重時(shí)，還會(huì)出現(xiàn)大小便失禁。男性患者表現(xiàn)為比較突出的性功能障礙，這些都是神經(jīng)纖維瘤的常見(jiàn)臨床表現(xiàn)。對(duì)于體表神經(jīng)纖維瘤，主要是會(huì)在體表見(jiàn)到圓形腫瘤樣改變。
