結(jié)腸息肉什么病

結(jié)腸息肉是做腸鏡時，發(fā)現(xiàn)有肉眼可見的凸起組織，病理檢查會有三種可能：炎性的息肉、瘤樣的息肉、管管狀腺瘤，管狀腺瘤有癌變可能。
常規(guī)的全結(jié)腸鏡，大夫會拿病理的鉗子，取一塊組織，在一厘米以下就是息肉，有一公分，就叫做腫塊或包塊了。取出的息肉，要送病理檢查，在醫(yī)學(xué)上叫做最后的診斷。會給出三種結(jié)論，腺瘤最為可怕。管狀腺瘤過個若干年，比如五六年后，可能會長成癌組織，形成大的腫塊，甚至于危害生命。
所以做腸鏡發(fā)現(xiàn)了結(jié)腸息肉建議做腸鏡檢查，結(jié)腸息肉自己摸不著也看不見，只會有肚子疼、腹瀉的輕微表現(xiàn)。
