慢性盆腔炎主要的一個(gè)癥狀就是腹痛。當(dāng)然疼痛根據(jù)病情的輕重可以輕，可以重，并且?guī)в忻黠@的摁壓痛，如果是附件的炎癥，附件可能會(huì)摁壓疼痛。如果是子宮內(nèi)膜的炎癥，可能會(huì)有子宮的壓痛，除此之外還可能出現(xiàn)一個(gè)我們叫宮頸的搖擺痛，因?yàn)樵谘装Y狀態(tài)下可能出現(xiàn)的疼痛，除此之外，可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)陰道分泌物的明顯增多，或者是出現(xiàn)膿性的分泌物，這些是慢性盆腔炎的最主要的表現(xiàn)。
當(dāng)然由于炎癥的刺激，很多人會(huì)有明顯的腰酸的這樣的表現(xiàn)，由于炎癥的狀態(tài)可能會(huì)導(dǎo)致腸管的水腫，然后從而導(dǎo)致消化功能的降低，可能會(huì)有脹氣或者消化明顯減弱的這樣的情況。炎癥如果是持續(xù)時(shí)間比較長(zhǎng)，可能會(huì)破壞輸卵管的結(jié)構(gòu)導(dǎo)致盆腔的粘連，盆腔的粘連影響輸卵管之后，有可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)不孕的這樣的情況。
