女性甲狀腺癌晚期有什么癥狀

女性甲狀腺癌晚期可能會在頸部或其他地方出現(xiàn)包塊、頭部運動障礙、呼吸功能障礙、進食困難、其他骨頭臟器的破壞等癥狀。
甲狀腺癌多見于女性，男女患病的比例大概是1：6。對于晚期的甲狀腺癌，根據(jù)侵及范圍的不同，可以有不同的癥狀，比如最常見的是在頸部或者在其他的地方出現(xiàn)了一個大的包塊，這個包塊會引起頭部運動的障礙或者是導(dǎo)致氣管的壓迫，引起喘氣的一些功能障礙。要判斷甲狀腺癌它長得比較隱秘，雖然是晚期甲狀腺癌但是它主要表現(xiàn)比如長在縱膈里邊它朝下發(fā)展，頸部并沒有大的包塊出現(xiàn)，它在縱隔里邊，因為空間很小，占據(jù)了咽喉要道可以引起病人呼吸的障礙，有的時候隨著病情的發(fā)展病人本來可以平躺睡覺，但它壓住氣管、氣道以后，病人可能最后端坐呼吸氣也不夠用了。
還有就是疾病入侵到周圍的食道，造成了進食的困難，也就是病人一開始能吃硬的、干的東西，由于甲狀腺逐漸的包裹和壓迫，最后病人連米湯都無法進食。另外隨著甲狀腺的發(fā)展，它還可以進行遠處的轉(zhuǎn)移引起其他的骨頭和一些其他的臟器的破壞。
