小兒腦癱手術(shù)的后遺癥是指早產(chǎn)、難產(chǎn)、窒息、缺氧、顱內(nèi)出血、核黃疸、高燒等原因?qū)е履X發(fā)育不良所導(dǎo)致的癥狀。
包括肢體功能、語(yǔ)言功能、智力功能、聽(tīng)力功能等多方面功能障礙，手術(shù)后留有畸形，沒(méi)有完全矯正畸形的，沒(méi)有解決姿勢(shì)平衡的目的，或沒(méi)有改善行走功能，甚至有的由于手術(shù)后導(dǎo)致肌腱功能沒(méi)有恢復(fù)，肌張力下降等。
一般情況下有效性高于無(wú)效性，矯正手術(shù)之后要進(jìn)行積極的康復(fù)訓(xùn)練，促進(jìn)手術(shù)后的功能恢復(fù)，要鑒別是不是手術(shù)的后遺癥，還是因?yàn)榭祻?fù)訓(xùn)練不及時(shí)而沒(méi)有達(dá)到手術(shù)的預(yù)期目的。手術(shù)之后是否合并后遺癥，功能改善的程度根據(jù)后期的康復(fù)恢復(fù)情況判斷。
