偏癱患者如廁的方法為家屬將患者推入廁所旁邊，患者站立位兩腳分開，患者健手扶住扶手，家屬輔助患者解開腰帶，脫下褲子，患者身體前傾，扶住扶手，緩慢坐下或者是蹲下，便后進(jìn)行清潔處理，首先是取衛(wèi)生紙，衛(wèi)生紙應(yīng)固定在患者健手可以觸及到的位置，撕紙動作為用中指和無名指按住紙架上方的擋板，用拇指和食指捏住衛(wèi)生紙，一點一點撕開，患者臀部微微向前移動，軀干微微前傾，然后用健手擦拭即可。
家屬在患者患側(cè)扶起患者，站立后系上腰帶，最后沖水完成如廁。
