找到病因，病因治療是關(guān)鍵。如是腦梗死引起，需要積極地進(jìn)行溶栓治療，抗血小板聚集、穩(wěn)定斑塊等綜合治療。如是腦出血引起的偏癱，在急性期進(jìn)行手術(shù)治療，術(shù)后用脫水降顱壓等腦保護(hù)治療。如是腦腫瘤引起，應(yīng)該及早手術(shù)，術(shù)后可以進(jìn)行必要的放療或化療。如是腦囊蟲(chóng)引起，需要進(jìn)行驅(qū)蟲(chóng)治療，如是腦膿腫引起的，需要應(yīng)用抗生素等治療。偏癱的治療關(guān)鍵要找到病因，采取病因治療，中醫(yī)中藥的康復(fù)治療以及基礎(chǔ)治療等綜合方式。
