子宮肌瘤可以順產(chǎn)嗎

子宮肌瘤患者是否可以順產(chǎn)主要取決于子宮肌瘤的生長(zhǎng)的部位，還有它的體積以及它的數(shù)量。如果肌瘤的體積比較大，直徑超過(guò)四厘米以上，或者它的位置比較低，靠近宮頸或者下段。在分娩的時(shí)候，胎頭下降，因?yàn)榧×龅捏w積比較大，妨礙胎頭的下降造成難產(chǎn)，而不得不做剖宮產(chǎn)。但如果子宮肌瘤位于宮體或者子宮的底部，一般來(lái)講對(duì)分娩沒(méi)有太大的影響。
子宮肌瘤對(duì)分娩影響不是特別的大影響子宮的收縮，影響胎盤(pán)的娩出。因?yàn)樽訉m收縮不良，增加產(chǎn)后出血的機(jī)會(huì)。當(dāng)患者在懷孕之前發(fā)現(xiàn)有子宮肌瘤后，直徑超過(guò)四個(gè)厘米，建議先做肌瘤剔除。肌瘤的位置偏低，位于宮頸或者是下段，建議把肌瘤剔掉以后，再懷孕、分娩。
