衣原體肺炎和支原體肺炎有類似的情況，就是致病力。病原體的致病力相對來說弱，所以發(fā)病并不是很急，發(fā)熱也不是很高。
特點是治療起來相對來說要慢一些。一般的肺炎的治療是以十天到兩個星期是一個療程，而支原體或者衣原體肺炎時間就會更長一些，一般治療兩個星期甚至三個星期為主。如果個別病人抵抗力差一些，可能還要再延長一些。一般情況下最多的話治療一個月左右也足以了。如果說還沒有完全吸收，可以給病人用一些提高抵抗力的藥物，但就不需要用抗細菌的藥物，慢慢的吸收。有的時候肺部的影像學(xué)的吸收可能會比臨床癥狀要慢一些。如果是有明顯吸收，但沒有完全吸收的情況下，可以提高抵抗力，增加休息，調(diào)理飲食，這樣的話給一個讓它吸收的時間。一般一個月，基本上大部分病人都可以吸收了。
