慢性萎縮性胃炎如何治療

慢性萎縮性胃炎相對于慢性非萎縮性胃炎來說，比較嚴(yán)重了，常常伴有腸上皮化生，也稱之為癌前病變。常見病因包括幽門螺桿菌感染，不良的飲食起居習(xí)慣，精神因素以及家族遺傳因素等等。
一般治療的話，根據(jù)有無幽門螺桿菌感染確定方案，可以通過呼氣試驗，比如說碳13或者碳14呼氣試驗檢查幽門螺桿菌。有幽門螺桿菌感染的話，采用四聯(lián)療法（質(zhì)子泵抑制劑+兩種抗生素+鉍劑）殺菌治療，沒有幽門螺桿菌感染的話，對癥治療為主，比如說保護胃黏膜，增加胃動力，抑制胃酸等等。同時要注意平時的生活習(xí)慣，比如戒煙戒酒，飲食定時定量，不能暴飲暴食或者饑過飽，盡量避免油膩，辛辣刺激食物，調(diào)整好心態(tài)，保持良好的心情有幫助。治療后需要定期復(fù)查胃鏡。
