急性胃炎會發(fā)燒嗎

急性胃炎一般來說是不會發(fā)燒的，除非又繼發(fā)了急性的細(xì)菌感染性的一個腸炎以后，會出現(xiàn)發(fā)燒的癥狀，如果是單純的急性胃炎來說，它是不會發(fā)燒的。為什么？這是有原因的，有道理的。
急性胃炎不像平時所說的急性肺炎、急性支氣管炎、急性尿道炎，它是由于細(xì)菌的感染造成的，那么我們知道胃的PH值，也就是說胃內(nèi)的酸度是很高的，一般的細(xì)菌的話是很難以在胃內(nèi)定殖繁殖的，當(dāng)然有一種叫做幽門螺旋桿菌，這種細(xì)菌是例外的。大多數(shù)而言，細(xì)菌、其它的一些致病菌是很難在胃內(nèi)生存的，所以胃部急性的胃炎，并不是老百姓所想象的，是由于細(xì)菌的感染造成的，所以一般來說如果沒有合并其它的情況之下，急性胃炎是不伴有發(fā)燒的。
如果是由于急性胃炎惡心、嘔吐，它的癥狀比較重，體液丟失比較多，這種情況有可能使體內(nèi)的熱量散發(fā)不出去，這種情況有一部分患者可能有一些低等程度的發(fā)熱，可能體溫也就在37度到38度之間這種情況。
