在飲食控制的基礎(chǔ)之上，要應(yīng)用一類藥物，臨床上非常常用的有抑酸藥，一個(gè)質(zhì)子泵的抑制劑。質(zhì)子泵抑制劑是治療十二指腸球潰瘍的非常重要的藥物。治療時(shí)間不能小于4周，十二指腸球部潰瘍治療時(shí)間是4到6周，也就是一個(gè)月到一個(gè)半月的時(shí)間。治療以后還需要到醫(yī)院來(lái)完善胃鏡的檢查，明確十二指腸球部潰瘍是否痊愈。
