膽汁反流性胃炎是怎么引起的

大家都知道膽汁反流性胃炎，它是由于不應(yīng)該在胃里出現(xiàn)的膽汁出現(xiàn)在胃中，因?yàn)槟懼?dāng)中含有膽酸，這樣的話會(huì)對(duì)胃黏膜產(chǎn)生侵害，胃黏膜在膽汁酸的作用之下，會(huì)出現(xiàn)一些炎性的充血、水腫、糜爛等等膽汁反流性胃炎的情況。
膽汁反流性胃炎是由于我們胃腸道的蠕動(dòng)功能比較差，它是蠕動(dòng)功能障礙的表現(xiàn)，在這種情況之下，不應(yīng)該出現(xiàn)在胃里的膽汁，它又從小腸的起始段反流到胃內(nèi)所造成的一系列癥狀；比如說(shuō)有反酸、有腹部的燒灼等等一系列不適的癥狀，如果經(jīng)過(guò)胃鏡的檢查，就可以明確的看到膽汁可以附著在胃黏膜之上，造成黏膜的充血、水腫等等的一系列表現(xiàn)。
