盆腔炎怎么引起的

盆腔炎屬于感染性疾病，感染性疾病由病原體引起。盆腔炎病原體有外源性和內(nèi)源性。引起盆腔炎原因有很多。
一、病原體：兩種病原體可單獨(dú)存在，但大部分時(shí)候混合感染，可能是外源性衣原體或淋球菌感染造成輸卵管損傷后，更易繼發(fā)內(nèi)源性細(xì)菌感染。
二、原因：
1、和年齡相關(guān)原因是頻繁性活動，子宮頸粘液栓功能障礙。
2、初次性交年齡小，有多個(gè)性伴侶，性交過頻以及性伴侶有性傳播疾病，都是導(dǎo)致盆腔炎的高危因素。
3、由于陰道或?qū)m頸感染淋球菌，沙眼衣原體或細(xì)菌性陰道病，上行性感染造成盆腔炎。
4、進(jìn)行婦科手術(shù)操作，比如刮宮術(shù)、輸卵管通液術(shù)、子宮輸卵管造影術(shù)、宮腔鏡檢查，都有可能造成生殖道粘膜損傷出血壞死，導(dǎo)致下生殖道內(nèi)源性病原體上行感染。
5、經(jīng)期性交、使用不潔月經(jīng)衛(wèi)生墊，都可能導(dǎo)致病原體侵入引起炎癥。
6、患有闌尾炎、腹膜炎蔓延至盆腔造成盆腔炎。
