結(jié)扎手術(shù)指的是輸卵管結(jié)扎術(shù)。手術(shù)通常是在局部浸潤(rùn)麻醉，腰麻或硬膜外麻醉下進(jìn)行。所以患者整個(gè)手術(shù)過程中是沒有疼痛感的。手術(shù)大約在半小時(shí)之內(nèi)。輸卵管結(jié)扎術(shù)是通過切斷，結(jié)扎，電凝，前夾，環(huán)套輸卵管等方法，使精子與卵子不能相遇而達(dá)到永久性絕育的目的，是一種安全永久性的節(jié)育措施。
手術(shù)可以經(jīng)過腹壁，腹腔鏡或者是經(jīng)陰道穹隆進(jìn)行。手術(shù)可以在月經(jīng)干凈后三到七天，分娩或中期妊娠引產(chǎn)48小時(shí)，人流后，以及取出宮內(nèi)節(jié)育器后，或者是剖宮產(chǎn)同時(shí)進(jìn)行。手術(shù)后當(dāng)日就可以下地活動(dòng)。四到六小時(shí)內(nèi)要注意排尿，避免尿潴留。術(shù)后可先從半流食開始，逐漸過渡到普通飲食。保持切口局部的衛(wèi)生清潔。兩周內(nèi)避免性生活，注意外陰的清潔干燥。要避免重體力勞動(dòng)或劇烈活動(dòng)。出后一個(gè)月，三個(gè)月各復(fù)查一次。
