乙肝兩對(duì)半又稱為乙肝五項(xiàng)，用來判斷是否有乙型肝炎病毒感染及感染程度的實(shí)驗(yàn)學(xué)檢查，包括乙肝表面抗原、乙肝表面抗體、乙肝e抗原、乙肝e抗體、乙肝核心抗體五部分。
乙肝表面抗原本身不具備傳染性的乙肝病毒外殼物質(zhì)，化驗(yàn)陽性時(shí)提示含有完整病毒顆粒，慢性乙肝患者常出現(xiàn)持續(xù)陽性；
乙肝表面抗體存在提示對(duì)乙肝病毒具有抵抗力，為人體保護(hù)性抗體，注射乙肝疫苗目的是上升此抗體濃度；
乙肝e抗原為在乙肝病毒內(nèi)部產(chǎn)生的抗原，陽性時(shí)提示病毒有活動(dòng)，也是有傳染性指標(biāo)；
乙肝e抗體是針對(duì)e抗原產(chǎn)生的蛋白質(zhì)，陽性時(shí)常提示處于感染后恢復(fù)階段；
乙肝核心抗體一般在表面抗原出現(xiàn)后3到5周出現(xiàn)，是較乙肝癥狀出現(xiàn)還早的實(shí)驗(yàn)檢查。
