梅毒能治好嗎

梅毒在大多數(shù)情況下，如果進(jìn)行規(guī)范治療，是能夠治好的。
這種疾病只要是進(jìn)行規(guī)范的抗生素進(jìn)行驅(qū)梅治療，一般大都可以治愈。有的人即使不能夠完全治愈，只要是進(jìn)行復(fù)診檢查，判斷為血清固定，那么也可以當(dāng)做治愈了，或者是當(dāng)做沒有明顯的傳染性了，可以停止治療。
患者如果出現(xiàn)梅毒以后，一般可以通過藥物來進(jìn)行驅(qū)梅治療。主要的藥物使用方面，一般是使用青霉素進(jìn)行注射治療。在臨床的選擇方面可以使用水劑青霉素G或者是使用芐星青霉素進(jìn)行注射治療，也可以采用注射普魯卡因青霉素進(jìn)行治療的。
患者如果出現(xiàn)青霉素過敏，也可以使用其他的替代抗生素進(jìn)行治療，比如可以口服四環(huán)素或者多西環(huán)素，也可以口服羅紅霉素，或者是阿奇霉素等等，這些都是可以的。但是不管是使用哪些抗生素進(jìn)行治療，在臨床上一定要防止患者出現(xiàn)一定的吉海氏反應(yīng)等等。這種疾病具有一定的臨床危害性，所以患者如果出現(xiàn)梅毒，一般是需要積極治療，而且要防止這種疾病像正常的人群進(jìn)行傳染。
