梅毒怎么治療

梅毒常主要藥物治療和生活方式調理，藥物常用抗生素注射和口服，比如水劑青霉素G或者是使用芐星青霉素進行注射治療，口服鹽酸四環(huán)素進行治療。
梅毒如果一旦確診以后，需要進行驅梅治療。在進行驅梅治療，首選是青霉素進行治療，通常使用的抗生素可以選擇水劑青霉素G或者是使用芐星青霉素進行注射治療，也可以采用注射普魯卡因青霉素進行治療。患者如果出現(xiàn)青霉素過敏，可以使用其他的替代抗生素進行治療，可以使用鹽酸四環(huán)素或者是口服紅霉素、多西環(huán)素進行治療。但是不管是使用哪一種青霉素或者是抗生素進行治療，也要防止患者出現(xiàn)一定的吉海氏反應，吉海氏反應是屬于一種變態(tài)反應性的炎癥，可能會導致梅毒的癥狀加重。特別是梅毒的反應，炎癥反應加重。
梅毒出現(xiàn)以后，進行積極治療同時，也要需要患者注意平時的生活上的調理，盡量避免和健康人群的直接的性接觸。在平時的生活上，共用的物品，比如毛巾、牙刷或者須刀等等，不要和其他的人有交叉。
