肛周尖銳濕疣復(fù)發(fā)怎么辦

肛周尖銳濕疣復(fù)發(fā)初期，可外涂干擾素凝膠、外涂咪喹莫特乳膏等治療，也可用冷凍治療、電離子治療、激光治療、光動力治療等物理療法應(yīng)對。若病情依然復(fù)發(fā)，可口服轉(zhuǎn)移因子膠囊、中成藥如玉屏風(fēng)膠囊或防風(fēng)通圣顆粒等治療，必要時注射干擾素應(yīng)對。
肛周出現(xiàn)尖銳濕疣，且在治療后形成復(fù)發(fā)，此時需要進行積極治療。而且這時候的治療和原來的治療方案也需要基本一致，或者是不一致的時候，也可以采用其他的治療方案。
在早期剛剛形成時，可適當(dāng)外涂藥膏，促進疣體消退。如外涂干擾素凝膠、外涂咪喹莫特乳膏等。也可使用物理治療辦法去除，如冷凍治療、電離子治療、激光治療、光動力治療等。
若患者疣體仍然反復(fù)發(fā)作，也可適當(dāng)口服藥物，在一定程度上控制復(fù)發(fā)概率。如口服轉(zhuǎn)移因子膠囊、中成藥如玉屏風(fēng)膠囊或防風(fēng)通圣顆粒等。必要時也可注射干擾素治療，這樣能在一定的程度上增強患者免疫力，同時做抗病毒方面的治療。
