男性生殖器出現(xiàn)了濕疹，一般可能和局部的炎癥或者是局部出汗異常等等相關(guān)，所以最終導(dǎo)致局部產(chǎn)生變態(tài)反應(yīng)性的炎癥，這時(shí)候可能產(chǎn)生明顯的瘙癢。所以在治療上一般可以使用外用藥物，同時(shí)可以配合口服藥物進(jìn)行治療。在外用藥方面，可以選擇丁苯羥酸乳膏，或者是外涂丁酸氫化可的松乳膏等進(jìn)行消炎和止癢治療。患者的瘙癢明顯，還可以適當(dāng)?shù)呐浜贤馔勘胶＠魉蛘呤峭馔克四救楦嗟鹊龋部梢赃m當(dāng)?shù)目诜菇M胺藥物，這樣能夠配合進(jìn)行止癢的。通?？梢钥诜?代的抗組胺藥，比如鹽酸左西替利嗪、依巴斯汀、依匹斯汀等等。
如果瘙癢仍然明顯，也可以再配合第1代的抗組胺藥進(jìn)行止癢治療。通?？梢耘浜峡诜惛?、本賽定或者是酮替酚、苯海拉明等等，患者在使用這些藥物治療的同時(shí)，也要盡量避免局部的搔抓，特別是反復(fù)的機(jī)械性的刺激，這樣能夠加重患者的濕疹的反應(yīng)。同時(shí)在洗浴的時(shí)候也要盡量避免使用肥皂等堿性的洗浴用品。
