艾滋病的初期癥狀，實(shí)際上就是艾滋病的早期感染期或者是叫做急性發(fā)病期，一般是患者出現(xiàn)艾滋病病毒感染以后的2-4周出現(xiàn)一些癥狀，患者的主要癥狀可能表現(xiàn)為發(fā)熱或者是全身不適以及酸痛等等，有的時(shí)候可能還會感到乏力以及盜汗等等。
大多的患者還會出現(xiàn)消化道的癥狀，比如惡心或者是腹痛、腹瀉，而腹瀉的癥狀可能每天達(dá)到3次以上，有的時(shí)候也有可能出現(xiàn)皮疹，而皮疹在臨床上也是多種多樣，比如皮炎或者是瘙癢癥，也有可能出現(xiàn)脂溢性皮炎，以及真菌感染導(dǎo)致片狀的紅斑等等，也有可能出現(xiàn)毛囊炎等等。這些癥狀都是非特異的癥狀，患者的HIV檢測如果是陽性，就確定為艾滋病的感染。但是如果是陰性，即使有這些癥狀還是不能判斷的。患者感染艾滋病，主要是通過性接觸傳播，也可能是通過母嬰垂直傳播或者是通過血液傳播。
