肝功能是通過谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶轉(zhuǎn)移酶、堿性磷酸酶、γ－谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)肽酶、總膽紅素、直接膽紅素、總膽汁酸、白蛋白、前白蛋白、膽堿酯酶等生物化學(xué)指標(biāo)檢測(cè)，評(píng)估肝臟的合成、代謝等功能。
1、酶類：包括谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶、堿性磷酸酶、谷氨酰轉(zhuǎn)移酶，當(dāng)肝細(xì)胞受到損傷時(shí)，大量肝細(xì)胞內(nèi)酶釋放入血，因此血中含量升高。轉(zhuǎn)氨酶都是反映肝損傷的靈敏指標(biāo)。
2、總膽紅素、直接膽紅素、間接膽紅素，它們的異?？煞譃楦渭?xì)胞損傷型、溶血型、膽道梗阻型。
3、蛋白質(zhì)類：包括白蛋白、總蛋白、球蛋白三個(gè)指標(biāo)，均由肝臟細(xì)胞合成分泌，當(dāng)嚴(yán)重肝功能損傷時(shí)蛋白質(zhì)合成極少，提示肝細(xì)胞合成功能受損。
