什么是酒精肝

酒精性肝病是指長期或短時(shí)間內(nèi)大量飲酒，造成肝臟內(nèi)脂肪過多沉積。其臨床診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為男性每日飲酒量折合乙醇含量達(dá)到40克，或女性每日飲酒量折合乙醇含量達(dá)到20克，飲酒年限超過5年，或2周內(nèi)飲酒每天飲酒量折合乙醇含量達(dá)到80克。
根據(jù)病情又可分為包括輕癥酒精性肝病、酒精性脂肪肝、酒精性肝炎和酒精性肝硬化。酒精肝最初為肝細(xì)胞脂肪性變性，也就是酒精性的脂肪肝，進(jìn)而發(fā)展為肝炎、肝纖維化，部分患者可進(jìn)展至肝硬化甚至肝癌。過去，酒精肝常見于西方酒精平均消耗量比較高的國家，但隨著我國目前的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的提高，目前人均的酒精消耗量不斷的增加，酒精性肝病已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)增加的趨勢(shì)，其發(fā)病率僅次于病毒性肝炎，而且多見于男性。
