老年人手發(fā)麻是怎么回事

老年人如果出現(xiàn)手部發(fā)麻的情況，要根據(jù)發(fā)生麻木的部位來考慮具體的原因，如果是手的小指側(cè)和小魚際的部分發(fā)生麻木，需要查看老人的肘關(guān)節(jié)活動怎么樣？肘關(guān)節(jié)有沒有受過外傷？肘關(guān)節(jié)有沒有伸不直的情況？如果肘關(guān)節(jié)有以上疾病，考慮是尺神經(jīng)在肘關(guān)節(jié)處通過的時候受到了壓迫，產(chǎn)生了尺神經(jīng)炎，在查體的時候，在尺神經(jīng)溝處用手去叩擊，可以誘發(fā)手的麻木加重。
這是一個比較直接的癥狀，具體的診斷還需要進(jìn)行肌電圖的檢查，如果沒有明顯的卡壓，神經(jīng)傳導(dǎo)的速度正常，出現(xiàn)神經(jīng)的麻木，考慮是急性的炎癥，一般用熱敷或理療，可以明顯的緩解癥狀，如果明確尺神經(jīng)在肘關(guān)節(jié)處有卡壓，經(jīng)過手術(shù)治療，癥狀緩解的比較明顯，是可以治愈的。
