對(duì)于細(xì)菌性
包皮龜頭炎，這種方式效果很好，如果是
霉菌性包皮龜頭炎或者滴蟲性龜頭炎治療效果一般。如果有龜頭炎，建議首先應(yīng)該做龜頭涂片檢查，確定到底是細(xì)菌性龜頭炎還是霉菌性龜頭炎。細(xì)菌性包皮龜頭炎，用紅霉素眼膏效果很不錯(cuò)；霉菌性的龜頭炎建議使用氟康唑、酮康唑等外涂，3-5天后可以達(dá)到治療效果。滴蟲性龜頭炎建議口服甲硝唑或者替硝唑口服治療，局部可以用甲硝唑外洗達(dá)到效果。
