對(duì)于沒有懷孕的女性，可以去醫(yī)院婦科檢查彩超，看內(nèi)膜厚度情況，然后根據(jù)檢查結(jié)果來服用黃體酮進(jìn)行催經(jīng)治療。對(duì)于長期月經(jīng)推后的女性，還需要再來月經(jīng)后檢查激素6項(xiàng)，看具體的卵巢內(nèi)分泌情況。如果檢查以后，考慮是多囊卵巢綜合癥導(dǎo)致的月經(jīng)不調(diào)，那就需要考慮服用達(dá)英35來調(diào)理治療3~6個(gè)月。
