哪些人不適合用排卵試紙

大部分女性，都可以使用排卵試紙來進(jìn)行檢測，但有卵巢黃素化綜合癥的女性，不適合用排卵試紙。
排卵試紙是通過監(jiān)測女性體內(nèi)的lh，來間接反映女性排卵情況。女性在排卵前體內(nèi)的lh激素會逐漸上升，當(dāng)lh激素上升達(dá)到高峰，就會排卵。卵子排出后，lh又會下降，試紙由強(qiáng)陽轉(zhuǎn)為弱陽，所以就可以通過排卵試紙的陽性反應(yīng)間接判斷卵子排出的時間。
雖然患卵巢黃素化綜合癥的女性lh也會上升下降，但由于卵泡成熟后不能自然破裂排出，所以沒辦法通過排卵試紙，準(zhǔn)確看到卵泡的生長發(fā)育排出情況，只有通過做陰超才能夠進(jìn)行判斷。這類女性卵子成熟后，不會自然排出，而會出現(xiàn)萎縮，所以多需在卵泡成熟后，通過肌注絨促來促進(jìn)卵泡的破裂，這時同房才能夠成功懷孕。
