地中海貧血孕前檢查方法

地中海貧血為常染色體遺傳病，為血紅蛋白珠蛋白鏈缺乏或異常，分為α和β型，其中以α地中海貧血對胎兒及孕婦影響最大，可導(dǎo)致胎兒溶血水腫，孕晚期死胎；母體發(fā)生妊娠高血壓、胎盤早剝等嚴(yán)重合并癥，夫妻一方患病，應(yīng)該做產(chǎn)前羊水及絨毛篩查。如果女性在懷孕期間發(fā)現(xiàn)患有地中海貧血，或者是懷疑患有地中海貧血，則孕婦本人及其愛人都應(yīng)該及時到正規(guī)醫(yī)院的血液科進(jìn)一步檢查，以幫助篩選孩子是否可能患有地中海貧血。
一般檢查地中海貧血的項(xiàng)目包括紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白檢測、紅細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu)檢查以及基因?qū)W等方面的檢查，當(dāng)然具體檢查還是因人而異，要結(jié)合患者自身情況，進(jìn)行相應(yīng)檢查。
