情況不嚴(yán)重的兒童的青枝骨折和成人的無移位骨折，僅用三角巾懸吊患肢3到6周即可，嚴(yán)重的骨折就需要手術(shù)進(jìn)行治療。
鎖骨骨折發(fā)生在兒童及青壯年，多為間接暴力引起。常見的受傷機(jī)制是側(cè)方摔倒，肩部著地，力傳導(dǎo)至鎖骨，發(fā)生斜形骨折。也可因手或肘部著地，暴力經(jīng)肩部傳導(dǎo)至鎖骨，發(fā)生斜形或橫形骨折。直接暴力常由胸上方撞擊鎖骨，導(dǎo)致粉碎性骨折，但較少見。
鎖骨骨折的并發(fā)癥包括:
1、不愈合；
2、畸形愈合；
3、血管神經(jīng)損傷；
4、創(chuàng)傷性關(guān)節(jié)炎；
5、手術(shù)治療的并發(fā)癥。
