疥瘡用什么藥

疥瘡可以用的藥有10%硫磺（兒童5%硫磺）、3%水楊酸軟膏、1%γ-666乳劑或軟膏、10%-25%苯甲酸芐酯洗劑或乳劑撲滅司林霜、40%硫代硫酸鈉溶液和4%稀鹽酸溶液、10%克羅米通乳劑或搽劑、復(fù)方爐甘石洗劑、抗生素類(lèi)藥物等等。
疥瘡都是由疥螨感染引起的，疥瘡患者通常會(huì)出現(xiàn)紅色丘疹、滲液、局部皮疹會(huì)有劇烈的瘙癢，尤其夜間更加明顯。同時(shí)患者的皮膚會(huì)出現(xiàn)損傷，主要分布于軀干四肢皮膚的皺襞、細(xì)嫩處。疥瘡的治療以外用藥為主，治療目的主要是殺蟲(chóng)、止癢、治療并發(fā)癥等。
臨床上主要使用：10%硫磺（兒童5%硫磺）、3%水楊酸軟膏。1%γ到66乳劑或軟膏，注意神經(jīng)毒性；10%到25%苯甲酸芐酯洗劑或乳劑、撲滅司林霜外用；40%硫代硫酸鈉溶液和4%稀鹽酸溶液先涂前者2次，待干后再涂后者2次，每日早、晚各1次，連用3到4天；10%克羅米通乳劑或搽劑每日早晚各涂1次，連用3天。外用藥物治療后，觀察2周，如無(wú)新皮損出現(xiàn)，方可認(rèn)為痊愈。因疥蟲(chóng)卵在7到10天后才能發(fā)育為成蟲(chóng)。愈后無(wú)新發(fā)皮疹仍有癢者，可外涂復(fù)方爐甘石洗劑。常用的疥瘡治療是冷凍治療：采用液氮冷凍的方法，用直接接觸法或噴霧治療。藥物治療：殺滅疥蟲(chóng)，涂抹軟膏藥物，服用抗生素類(lèi)藥物，或是中藥治療可以疏風(fēng)清熱潤(rùn)燥、殺蟲(chóng)解毒。
