眼底出血的原因有哪些

眼底出血原因較多，當(dāng)代社會隨著生活水平的提高以及工作節(jié)奏、工作壓力的增大、眼底出血的患者也在逐年的增加，最常見的引起眼底出血疾病的是全身基礎(chǔ)性疾病，主要包括高血壓、高血脂和糖尿病。其中糖尿病型視網(wǎng)膜病變是眼底出血的常見原因。其次較為常見的為視網(wǎng)膜中央靜脈或視網(wǎng)膜分支靜脈阻塞，視網(wǎng)膜靜脈周圍炎等，此外眼外傷也是常見的誘發(fā)眼底出血的原因。
此外還有視網(wǎng)膜脫離，視網(wǎng)膜的裂孔，玻璃體后脫離牽拉網(wǎng)膜血管時(shí)和視網(wǎng)膜的血管瘤等。所以當(dāng)患者出現(xiàn)眼底出血的情況時(shí)，應(yīng)積極查找出血的原因，在治療出血的同時(shí)，對全身情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整。對于已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)眼底出血情況時(shí)，應(yīng)積極治療，以免形成新生血管性青光眼。
