如果女性出現(xiàn)下腹部的疼痛，要考慮可能是盆腔炎癥引起，那這時就需要檢查彩超，看子宮附件是否有器質(zhì)性的疾病，同時還需要看盆腔積液的情況，而且還需要專門做婦科雙合診或者是三合診檢查，來按壓確診是否是盆腔炎癥導(dǎo)致的腹痛。對于感染嚴(yán)重的女性，還需要專門檢查血常規(guī)抗感染的嚴(yán)重性，然后根據(jù)檢查結(jié)果來選擇用藥，不同的盆腔炎癥使用的藥物會有很大差異。
對于急性盆腔炎的女性，一般都會出現(xiàn)下腹部的明顯疼痛，都需要使用抗生素進(jìn)行抗炎止痛治療，有可能是口服抗生素，但也有可能是靜脈輸入抗生素。而對于慢性盆腔炎癥的女性，一般是進(jìn)行中醫(yī)治療，可以口服中藥來進(jìn)行治療，或者是用中藥灌腸。
