非經(jīng)期有少量出血是怎么回事

非經(jīng)期少量出血可能非器質(zhì)性或器質(zhì)性疾病引起。
非器質(zhì)性疾病有激素水平波動(dòng)、黃體功能不全、口服避孕藥、凝血功能異常等。
器質(zhì)性疾病有子宮內(nèi)膜息肉、宮頸因素、粘膜下肌瘤、子宮內(nèi)膜病變、剖宮產(chǎn)瘢痕處憩室、生殖道炎癥等。
非經(jīng)期少量出血按時(shí)間可分為卵泡期出血、排卵期出血、黃體期出血。排卵期出血一般是有規(guī)律可預(yù)測(cè)的，出血量明顯少于正常月經(jīng)，持續(xù)一到三天可自行停止，部分女性可伴隨輕度的下腹部不適或腰部酸痛，原因主要是排卵所致的雌激素水平短暫下降，引起子宮內(nèi)膜局部脫落，從而發(fā)生少量突破性出血，排卵后隨著黃體的形成而分泌雌、孕激素，內(nèi)膜得以增厚修復(fù)而出血停止。
