輸卵管堵塞的癥狀有哪些

輸卵管堵塞是導(dǎo)致輸卵管性不孕的常見原因，常見原因有人工流產(chǎn)史、宮腔操作史、盆腔感染史或者輸卵管手術(shù)史。大部分患者無任何不適，多在不孕檢查做輸卵管造影中發(fā)現(xiàn)。少部分患者可出現(xiàn)下腹部不同程度疼痛，大多數(shù)會(huì)出現(xiàn)下腹隱痛，腰背部及腰骶部酸痛、發(fā)脹、下墜感，常因勞累而加劇。輸卵管與卵巢相鄰，通常輸卵管的疾病對(duì)于卵巢的功能沒有影響，對(duì)于月經(jīng)量的多少也不會(huì)有影響，只是當(dāng)炎癥波及卵巢對(duì)卵巢功能造成損害時(shí)才會(huì)出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)的異常。
以月經(jīng)過頻、月經(jīng)量過多為常見，可能是盆腔充血及卵巢功能障礙的結(jié)果。輸卵管阻塞，還會(huì)因盆腔充血而導(dǎo)致瘀血性痛經(jīng)。發(fā)現(xiàn)輸卵管堵塞，輸卵管堵塞的治療需要看輸卵管堵塞的程度、堵塞的部位、輸卵管堵塞的病因等。如果是輸卵管結(jié)核引起的輸卵管堵塞，輸卵管比較僵硬，單純依靠手術(shù)是不能治療好的。其他原因引起的輸卵管堵塞可以嘗試手術(shù)進(jìn)行治療。也可輔助盆腔理療或者中藥進(jìn)行治療。
