腸胃炎的癥狀表現(xiàn)為陣發(fā)性的腹痛，腹瀉，嘔吐，腹脹等，有時有發(fā)熱，畏寒，甚至寒戰(zhàn)等癥狀，大便可以是水樣，可以是粘液樣，甚至膿血便等，治療以抗炎、止瀉為主。
急性腸胃炎是夏天季節(jié)的多發(fā)性疾病，與受涼或受飲食因素有密切的關(guān)系。腹痛一般是中下腹痛，有時伴有上腹痛。出現(xiàn)這種情況首先要做相關(guān)檢查，比如大便常規(guī)，大便培養(yǎng)，血常規(guī)，C反應(yīng)蛋白之類，確定是胃腸性感冒是細菌性腸炎。
胃腸性感冒，相關(guān)實驗室檢查往往沒有明顯異常，或有白細胞偏低現(xiàn)象，這種情況主要是以抗病毒，收斂止瀉為主。細菌性腸炎，通常有血白細胞，C反應(yīng)蛋白升高，大便常規(guī)往往有白細胞，膿細胞甚至吞噬細胞等，治療主要是以抗炎，止瀉為主。如果癥狀嚴重，比如嘔吐腹瀉嚴重，易導(dǎo)致脫水現(xiàn)象，需上醫(yī)院輸液治療。同時，需注意清淡易消化飲食，最好是流質(zhì)食物。
