因為子宮的彈性是有限的，多次剖腹產(chǎn)會引起子宮破裂及胎盤黏連及植入嚴重者會引發(fā)大出血，需要切除子宮。建議最好是慎重考慮。做剖腹產(chǎn)多一次對身體的傷害就要多一些，每次做剖腹產(chǎn)的時間，建議最好是間隔三年以上，這樣對身體的傷害會降低一些。
值得說明的是，剖腹產(chǎn)次數(shù)越多，可能產(chǎn)生的危害也就越大。一生能做幾次剖宮產(chǎn)，沒有確切數(shù)字，一般是建議不要超過三次。很多地方一般第二或第三次剖宮產(chǎn)后，就會建議產(chǎn)婦做絕育術(shù)。因為3次或3次以上的剖宮產(chǎn)，子宮上的疤痕在妊娠后期有可能發(fā)生自發(fā)性子宮破裂，再臨產(chǎn)的危險性會很大。所以剖腹產(chǎn)三次的人是比較少的。
