流產(chǎn)后多久來月經(jīng)，跟患者平時的月經(jīng)周期有非常大的關(guān)系。如果平時是28天左右來一次，那么流產(chǎn)以后也大約是28天。如果平時是40天或者是兩個月，那么流產(chǎn)以后也要到這個時間。
當(dāng)然，在剛剛流產(chǎn)以后的前三個月內(nèi)，有好多的女性會出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)的不調(diào)，表現(xiàn)為月經(jīng)的提前或者是推遲，還有月經(jīng)量的增多和減少，這些都不屬于異常的現(xiàn)象。但是如果在流產(chǎn)以后，該到月經(jīng)來的時候沒有來月經(jīng)，患者同時出現(xiàn)了小肚子疼痛，以及肛門的墜脹感、腰酸這樣的癥狀，這個時候就要考慮到，是不是有子宮頸管粘連的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生了。這是由于流產(chǎn)的時候，如果損傷到了子宮頸管，那么就會導(dǎo)致子宮頸管的粘連，這時候到了手術(shù)以后一個月，月經(jīng)血就流不出來，淤積在子宮腔，從而引起女性小肚子的疼痛這樣的癥狀出現(xiàn)。
