前列腺炎分為細(xì)菌性前列腺炎和無菌性前列腺炎。細(xì)菌性前列腺炎分為急性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎和慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎。
急性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎的癥狀是：突然出現(xiàn)的尿頻、尿急、伴有尿痛，會陰部肛門區(qū)域會有劇烈的疼痛感。
慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺原因是由于患了急性的前列腺炎，沒有徹底的治愈，導(dǎo)致尿頻、尿急、尿不盡，癥狀反復(fù)出現(xiàn)。
無菌性前列腺炎癥狀和慢性細(xì)菌性前列腺炎類似，通過前列腺液的常規(guī)、前列腺液的培養(yǎng)等檢查進(jìn)行鑒別。
細(xì)菌性前列腺炎使用敏感的抗生素治療用藥３到４周能夠痊愈。
