淋病和非淋菌性尿道炎如何鑒別

淋病，也稱為淋菌性尿道炎，主要是由于淋球菌感染引起的。而非淋菌性尿道炎是指除了淋球菌之外的其他致病菌引起的尿道炎癥，這兩者的致病菌是不同的，需要通過(guò)尿道口分泌物的檢查來(lái)進(jìn)行區(qū)分。尿道口分泌物的涂片檢查或者是培養(yǎng)及藥敏檢查，是進(jìn)行鑒別的最主要手段。如果尿道口分泌物檢查出有淋球菌感染，這種情況下就稱為淋病。如果沒有淋球菌感染，而是其他致病菌引起的尿道炎都稱為非淋菌性尿道炎。
在臨床表現(xiàn)上比較類似，都有尿頻、尿急、尿痛、尿道瘙癢、尿道燒灼感等癥狀。但是淋球菌引起的尿道炎引起的尿道口分泌物一般是成為乳白色的，而非淋菌性尿道炎尿道口分泌物一般是淡黃色透明的粘液。從臨床表現(xiàn)上主要是看分泌物的形態(tài)來(lái)進(jìn)行鑒別。
